• Does your company have the capability of permanently removing odors such as smoke and mold?
• Is your company RIA (Restoration Industry Association) certified?
• Is your company’s home office located in the state of Indiana?
• Will your company inventory, restore and store my personal belongings until the restoration work is completed?
• Will I be able to contact an employee of your company 24/7 if need be?
